Seconds? Don’t Mind if I Do

Mom and Dad left Tim home alone for the weekend. They gave him $20 for food. Tim called for Chinese delivery.

When his orange chicken, mongolian beef, fried rice and fortune cookies arrived he ate his fill.

A few minutes later while watching TV, Tim’s stomach decided that something in the Chinese food failed to agree with him. He went to the bathroom and threw up the dinner he’d just eaten.

An hour or so later, stomach now empty, Tim decided he was hungry again. When he arrived at the barren fridge, the only thing he deemed appetizing was the other half of his uneaten Chinese food. So he warmed it up and proceeded to consume the rest of his dinner.

It’s taken me 20 years to even think about licorice since throwing it up. It took Tim 20 minutes to think about Chinese food.

It always amazes me that kids who come from the same parents are so incredibly different. Great stuff AA. Keep it up. And, tell Tim to keep it in.
