James: So Al, how’s high school going?
Al: It’s pretty good. What do you do Mr. James?
James: I’m the CEO of a small company.
Al: The CEO? Does that mean that you’re in charge of the company?
James: I suppose it means I’m in charge.
Al: You suppose? How many people work for you?
James: I guess about a hundred.
Al: You guess? And do you know all of their names?
James: Well, yeah, most of them.
Al: (Pensively, skeptically) Mr. James, it sounds like you might be disconnected from your employees. You do know they’re your most valuable assets, don’t you? Have you ever thought about going on the TV show Undercover Boss?
