Four of a Kind

The other day as I was leaving Bass Pro Shops, a father was walking in. He had twin boys that looked to be about five years old. He held hands with each boy. The boys were jumping up and down, flailing their little arms and legs, and yelling with delight at the prospect of walking into what was clearly their favorite store on the planet.

The father’s glance met mine and he looked at me with a smile in his eyes.

I looked down at the boys then back up at him as I said, “On the inside, I feel the same way about this store!”

As the boys pulled him through the turnstile, he looked back and said, “Me too!”
