On a recent beautiful Friday, we took a family trip to the zoo. Just like everywhere else, the zoo is a little different this year. Indoor exhibits are closed, people keep their distance, some paths are one-way, and everyone wears a mask. After a morning of fun, we took a quick family picture as we were getting ready to leave.
Laura: Cheese!
Finn: I know one great thing about wearing a mask.
Laura: What’s that, Finn?
Finn: I don’t have to smile for pictures anymore.
Laura: You didn’t smile for that picture?
Finn: Nope. I haven’t smiled for a picture in ages.
